We’re passionate about providing good places to live and want all our tenants to have good neighbors. You’ll find our minimum standards listed below the application.

Minimum Criteria

Good References

We know you need a good fit for you and your family. That’s why we contact current employer, previous landlords, and personal references. We want our tenants to have good neighbors and a good experience.

Good Background Check

We want to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all tenants. We look at credit history, job time, criminal history along with several other factors. After you submit the application above and pay the fee you will receive an email authorizing your background check.

Income 3x Rent

No one should have to stress about paying rent. That’s why we want all our tenants (or combined household income) to be at least 3 times the monthly rent. We can work with all types of income including; but not limited to Section 8 Vouchers, VA Pensions, Social Security, Disability, W-2, 1099, and self employment income. We just ask that you provide documentation appropriate to your income type.

No Prior Evictions

In most circumstances, if you’ve had a prior eviction you will not meet our minimum criteria.
